Therber & Brock, and its predecessors, have been providing financial advisory services (structuring and marketing tax-exempt bond issues to finance infra-structure projects for units of local government) and utility rate consulting services (developing user fee schedules that collect sufficient revenues to pay for the costs of operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and debt service) for units of local government for over forty years. The total aggregate value of these bonds is over five billion dollars.
