Lonnie is a graduate of Wabash College (BA). He has over forty years of experience with municipal financing in Indiana . Lonnie's experience includes structuring financings for: Schools, Libraries, Parks, Hospitals and Utilities. Lonnie is experienced with Leasing Corporation Bonds, General Obligation Bonds, Tax Increment Financing Bonds, Tax Anticipation Notes and Revenue Bonds.

Steven K. Brock

Steve is a graduate of Indiana University (BS) and Butler University (MBA). Steve specializes in serving the needs of Cities and Towns. His experience with these clients includes: Rural Development Financings, State Revolving Loan Fund Financings, Open Market Financings, Official Statement Preparation, Refundings, Bond Anticipation Notes, Utility User Fee Studies, Cost of Service Studies, Issue Analysis and Expert Witness Testimony.

Michael Therber

Mike is a graduate of DePauw University (BA). His experience includes: General Obligation and Leasing Corporation Financings, Official Statement Preparation, Refunding Analysis and Negotiation with Bond Insurance Companies and Bond Rating Agencies.

Robin Ritter

Robin is a graduate of Vincennes University (AB). She is also a former Clerk-Treasurer. She is experienced in Budget Preparation, State Board of Accounts Uniform Compliance Guidelines, Bookkeeping and Annual Report Preparation (CTAR, RD Reports, IURC Reports).
